Wedding with a Difference-Paul & Nadia
Everybody wants their wedding to be different but are you brave enough and bold enough to stray from the traditional? It starts with the bride creating and putting her own wedding dress together and then being completely thrilled with it once it is finished. The guys had to also be different to keep up with the bride so check out their chequered shoes and the groom’s pink chequered tie.
The service was short and to the point with some valuable advice from the minister and then just to stick with the different theme, the bride’s dad held up precedings while congratulating the groom’s parents in a typical enthusiastic and emotional Italian way.

Most weddings have cocktails and snacks while Paul & Nadia were unique with their old fashioned Coke bottle style drinks. If you were thirsty then you just grabbed your prefered soft drink out of the ice. Cool.
What do you do if you are all in bands and love music, you bring a brand new out-of-the-box guitar to the photoshoot and have your own little concert.
The fans went wild, it was total mayhem.

The couple wanted the photoshoot to be relaxed and somewhere that was different and that was more abstract than just the old garden shoot. These old broken buildings were exactly what they were looking for and I was just relieved to still see some standing when we arrived for the shoot. Every time that I go use these buildings there is one more that has been totally demolished so these photos will soon be unique.
You can only get this effect when you have a groomsman who is a professional bubble blower. Luckily he brought his bottle of bubbles with and so we got lucky with these cool shots.
Luckily for this couple they were somehow connected with the “Mafia” owners at Spiga D’Oro. They never used to do weddings at their venue but were persuaded to give it a try and it made for a beautiful setting. The clincher for me was the song that was played when they entered the venue. No not U2 It’s a Beautiful Day but….. wait for it….. the theme song from Star Wars. What class. That was so cool for me who was and will always be a Star Wars fan.
You coiuld take a cupcake and then use the little boxs on the table and fill them up with sweets to take home. It just keeps getting better.
What a fantastic day. Well done to Paul & Nadia for doing it their way!
